Hello!

I'm so glad to see you here! 

My name is Holly, I am the proud wife to Willis and mama to my gorgeous Poppy Isabella.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2002 and have been on quite the ride with my health since then. I had an ileostomy surgery in 2013 and around the same time told I wouldn't be able to have children. However miracles do happen and the following year we were blessed with the arrival of our beautiful baby girl.

I started this blog as a way for me to express what I was going through with my health at the time, to keep me busy, and to help encourage others on a similar journey. Happy Healthy Holly is still a place for me to share my health journey with a bit of mum, toddler and paleo stuff thrown in.
